County Offices Closed September 11, 2026

In honor of Judge Sara Lisznyai, and to allow staff to attend the service if they wish, all County Offices and Courts will be closed on Friday, September 11, 2026 for her memorial service.

County Office Building Elevator Out of Order.

The elevator at the County Office Building (COB) is not working and repairs are underway. However, the electronics may take months to repair. Until that time, if you have accessibility issues and need service from the Equalization Office, Register of Deeds, or County Treasurer's Office, please call ahead and staff will meet with you on the first floor. We have also placed a phone at the elevator entrance for you to call upstairs to request assistance. We apologize for this inconvenience. Further, we have a WebEx session setup for county meetings in the conference room if you would like to attend electronically, including making public comment.
